Refund/Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

At Ornata we do not have specific return exceptions, but we always review our customers' return requests. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, which is why we are willing to consider and review any return requests, regardless of the type of product. Our goal is to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience at Ornata.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day reflection period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your return request. If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it on your account.
