Order
You can submit a cancellation request by contacting us via the contact form . The possibility of canceling your order depends on the time that has passed since it was placed. We will always inform you about the options regarding your specific request.
Sometimes, due to various reasons, a product may not be immediately available. In this case, there is a longer delivery time. We try to deliver the respective product within 4 to 5 working days.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. We will then also send you a track & trace code so that you can track the status of your order. These steps will ensure that your order has been successfully placed and processed.
Shipping & delivery
We ship all orders for free.
We ship our orders with PostNL. If you order before 17:00, you can expect your order the next day. However, PostNL may sometimes experience delays during the delivery process. Unfortunately, we have no influence on these delays.
Please note that delivery times may vary on holidays.
We ship our packages via PostNL. You will receive a track & trace code with every order. With this code you can easily track the progress of your order via the PostNL app or on the PostNL website.
The delivery method of your package by PostNL depends on the order value. PostNL often chooses to deliver the package to your neighbors, or to deliver it to a local collection point if you are not at home.
We currently limit our deliveries to the Netherlands. However, we plan to expand our services to other European countries in the future.
Returns

To return an item, please complete the returns form . We will contact you within 24 hours to start the returns process and send you a shipping label.
If you want to return a product, we do not charge return costs.
Our return period is 30 days. You can return the product within this period. After this period, returns are no longer possible.
We kindly request that you return your return in the same packaging as you received it. If this is not possible, we request that you use comparable packaging.
Refund
After receipt and processing of your return, the amount will be refunded to your account within three days.
How the refund is processed depends on the payment method you used. The refund will be processed by the providers of the relevant payment methods and will usually be completed within three days.
We do not charge shipping costs for returns. You will receive a return label from us with which you can return the shipment free of charge.
After processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to you.
We do not currently offer a direct exchange service. After receiving your refund, you can place a new order if you wish.

Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. We aim to respond to your contact requests within 24 hours.

Authenticity
Ornata only works with suppliers who guarantee us that they supply original products. Many of these suppliers are located in the Netherlands, and some are located abroad. Our suppliers carry out thorough checks on their products, including checking batch codes and meeting all European Union requirements for salable products.
To guarantee the authenticity of an ordered product, you can check the batch code. On websites such as checkfresh you can enter the batch code to find out when the perfume was produced. If it is a non-original product, it will indicate that no data is available.
